We want you to love your Elite Peace experience. Every order is prepared with care and inspected before shipping.

If something isn’t quite right, our returns policy ensures you’re supported while staying consistent with Australian Consumer Law.

1. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@elitepeace.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the fault or damage

We’ll review your request promptly and arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).

  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order, or as soon as possible if a concern arises.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending it back. Please do not return products without contacting us first.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email and confirm the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Shipping Costs

We cover the return shipping cost if the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
For any other reason accepted at our discretion, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Consumer Guarantees

Our policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which guarantees that goods are of acceptable quality and match their description.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
