  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day. Delivery usually takes around 1–5 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.   • Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.   • Matcha powder isn’t included. The set includes thoughtfully selected tools for preparing matcha, designed to pair with your favourite matcha powder so you can choose the grade and flavour that suits your taste.
  • Yes. The ceramic bowl is dishwasher safe. For best care, we recommend placing it on the top rack.
